Marcus Stout

Marcus' responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and managing the actions taken by IIS to initiate and execute certain IC Contracts. As a seasoned professional with over 15 years of management experience, Marcus is known for driving corporate growth and maximizing operational excellence; he understands that relationships and execution are the foundations of any successful program. He manages cost, quality, and risk to ensure contract requirements are met. Marcus’ previous experience includes managing large teams and acting as the Proposal Manager for cyber security efforts where he recommended technical solutions and authored proposals to the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, and U.S. Cyber Command. Marcus holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Cyber Security from the University of Maryland, where he graduated Upsilon Pi Epsilon.
