Privacy Policy

    Home Privacy Policy

    Effective date: August 26, 2026
    Last updated: August 26, 2026

    Integrated Intel Solutions (“IIS,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects the privacy of visitors, prospective employees, job applicants, business contacts, and others who interact with our website. This Privacy Policy explains the personal information we collect through iisstaging.com and related IIS web pages, how we use and disclose it, and the choices that may be available to you.

    This Policy applies to information collected through this website, including information that IIS subsequently uses offline to respond to an inquiry or evaluate an applicant. It does not govern information collected under a separate contract, employment notice, customer agreement, or government program that provides its own privacy terms.

    1. Information We Collect

    Information you provide

    We may collect information you voluntarily provide, including:

    • Contact and inquiry information: your name, organization, email address, telephone number, message, and other information you include in a communication.
    • Applicant information: your name, email address, telephone number, resume or curriculum vitae, employment and education history, professional qualifications, certifications, skills, references, security-clearance category, position interests, and other information you choose to include in an application.
    • Communications: information contained in emails, telephone calls, form submissions, or other communications with IIS.

    Please provide only information that is reasonably necessary for your inquiry or application.

    Information collected automatically

    When you visit the website, IIS and its service providers may automatically collect information such as:

    • Internet Protocol address;
    • browser, device, and operating-system information;
    • approximate location derived from an IP address;
    • pages viewed, links selected, referring pages, dates, times, and session activity;
    • cookie identifiers and similar technical identifiers; and
    • information used to detect fraud, spam, abuse, and security threats.

    2. Important Notice for Applicants and Intelligence Community Professionals

    Do not submit classified information, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled technical data, customer-sensitive information, passwords, Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, dates of birth, financial account information, or medical information through this website.

    If a form asks about security clearance, provide only the requested clearance category. Do not provide classified program details, operational information, polygraph results, investigation details, or other restricted information.

    Submitting a resume or expressing interest in a position does not create an employment relationship or guarantee consideration for a particular position.

    3. How We Use Personal Information

    We may use personal information to:

    • respond to questions, comments, requests, and business inquiries;
    • communicate with you about IIS, requested information, or potential opportunities;
    • evaluate qualifications, match applicants with positions, schedule interviews, perform recruiting activities, and administer the hiring process;
    • maintain applicant and employment records required by law or government-contracting obligations;
    • operate, maintain, troubleshoot, secure, and improve the website;
    • understand website use and measure the effectiveness of website content;
    • prevent spam, fraud, abuse, and security incidents;
    • comply with applicable laws, regulations, legal processes, audits, and contractual obligations;
    • establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; and
    • protect the rights, safety, property, and security of IIS, its personnel, applicants, customers, partners, and others.

    We will not use personal information for a materially different purpose without providing any notice or consent required by applicable law.

    4. SMS and Telephone Communications

    SMS privacy

    If you provide a telephone or mobile number, IIS may use it to respond to your inquiry and provide requested business, recruiting, customer-support, or other service-related communications by telephone or text message. IIS may collect and retain your telephone number, message content, messaging metadata, and records of your consent, preferences, HELP requests, and opt-out requests.

    IIS uses this information to deliver and manage requested communications, document consent and preferences, maintain security, prevent fraud or abuse, troubleshoot the messaging service, and satisfy legal, carrier, and telecommunications requirements.

    Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties. IIS may use communications providers solely to transmit messages on IIS’s behalf; those providers may process mobile information only as necessary to provide the service and may not use it for their own marketing.

    Where IIS offers an SMS opt-in, IIS will provide the applicable notice and obtain the affirmative consent required for the intended messaging. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing services or being considered for employment.

    SMS terms and conditions

    By affirmatively opting in to SMS communications from IIS, you agree to receive conversational text messages at the mobile number you provide concerning your inquiry, requested services, support needs, recruiting or employment communications, or other business communications you request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

    You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to an IIS text message. After IIS processes the request, you may receive a final confirmation and will receive no further SMS messages unless you opt in again. For assistance, reply HELP or contact IIS using the information in the Contact Us section.

    Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS availability may depend on your carrier, device, and service plan. IIS may change or discontinue its SMS service and will update these terms when required.

    5. Cookies, Analytics, reCAPTCHA, and Maps

    The website may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the site, remember technical preferences, understand website activity, protect forms, and provide embedded features.

    Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager

    IIS uses Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand how visitors use the website. These services may collect information such as an IP address, device and browser information, approximate location, pages viewed, session activity, and cookie or device identifiers. Google processes this information under its own privacy terms.

    You can learn more about Google’s practices at How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services. Google also provides a Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

    Google reCAPTCHA

    IIS uses Google reCAPTCHA to help protect forms from spam and abuse. reCAPTCHA may collect device, browser, IP-address, interaction, and other technical information to evaluate whether activity is legitimate. Use of reCAPTCHA is subject to Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

    Google Maps

    Pages containing Google Maps may allow Google to receive technical and usage information, including an IP address and map interactions. Google processes that information according to its own privacy terms.

    Most browsers allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking some cookies may affect website features. Where applicable law requires consent before particular cookies or technologies are used, IIS will implement the required choice mechanism in addition to this Policy.

    6. How We Disclose Personal Information

    IIS may disclose personal information in the following circumstances:

    • Service providers: to companies that provide website hosting, website administration, security, spam prevention, analytics, mapping, email, form processing, document storage, recruiting, applicant tracking, and related support services. These providers may process information only to perform services for IIS, subject to applicable contractual and legal obligations.
    • Recruiting technology provider — Loxo: IIS uses Loxo Holdings, Inc. to support candidate sourcing, recruiting, applicant tracking, relationship management, communications, and hiring workflows. When you apply for or express interest in a position, Loxo may process your contact information, professional and application materials, communications, preferences, and related recruiting records for IIS. When you interact directly with the Loxo Candidate Portal or another Loxo service, Loxo may also process information under its own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service Agreement.
    • Recruiting and placement: to authorized IIS recruiting and hiring personnel and, when reasonably necessary for a position and permitted by law, to relevant customers, prime contractors, subcontractors, or teaming partners.
    • Legal and compliance purposes: to government agencies, regulators, auditors, courts, law-enforcement authorities, or other parties when IIS reasonably believes disclosure is required by law, regulation, legal process, contractual obligation, or to protect rights, safety, and security.
    • Business transactions: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.
    • At your direction: when you request or authorize the disclosure.

    IIS does not sell personal information. IIS does not knowingly disclose personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

    7. Applicant Information and Record Retention

    IIS retains applicant and recruiting records for the period reasonably necessary to evaluate candidates, fill positions, consider candidates for appropriate future opportunities, comply with applicable employment and federal-contractor recordkeeping requirements, respond to audits, and resolve disputes.

    Federal rules may require covered government contractors to preserve applications, resumes, expressions of interest, and related employment records for at least one or two years, depending on company size, contract value, and other circumstances. IIS may retain relevant records longer when required by law, an active audit, investigation, litigation hold, contractual obligation, or with an applicant’s permission for future consideration.

    Contact inquiries are retained only as long as reasonably necessary to respond, maintain appropriate business records, comply with legal obligations, and resolve disputes. Analytics and technical information is retained according to IIS’s configured settings and the applicable service provider’s retention controls.

    When information is no longer required, IIS will delete it, anonymize it, or securely isolate it unless continued retention is legally required or technically necessary for backup, fraud-prevention, or security purposes.

    8. Data Security

    IIS uses reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, and disclosure. Safeguards are selected in light of the nature of the information and the risks involved.

    No website, email transmission, storage system, or security measure is completely secure. IIS therefore cannot guarantee absolute security. If you believe personal information submitted to IIS may have been compromised, contact us promptly using the information below.

    9. Your Privacy Choices and Rights

    Depending on where you live and the law that applies, you may have the right to request that IIS:

    • confirm whether it processes your personal information;
    • provide access to or a copy of certain personal information;
    • correct inaccurate information;
    • delete certain information;
    • provide certain information in a portable format;
    • restrict or object to certain processing; or
    • review an applicable decision concerning a privacy request.

    These rights are subject to legal exceptions, identity verification, record-retention obligations, and the scope of applicable law. Employment and applicant information may be treated differently from consumer information under some state laws.

    To submit a privacy request, email info@integratedintelsolutions.com with the subject line “Privacy Request” or write to the address in the Contact Us section. Describe your request and the relationship under which IIS received your information. IIS may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and protect against fraudulent requests.

    IIS will not unlawfully discriminate against an individual for exercising an applicable privacy right.

    10. Children’s Privacy

    The website is intended for business contacts and adults seeking information or employment. It is not directed to children under 13, and IIS does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through the website. If you believe a child has submitted personal information, contact IIS so that the information can be reviewed and deleted where appropriate.

    11. Third-Party Websites

    The website may contain links to government agencies, social-media services, recruiting services, customer or partner sites, and other third-party websites. IIS does not control and is not responsible for the privacy, security, accessibility, or content practices of third parties. Review the privacy policy of any third-party service you use.

    12. International Visitors

    IIS is located in the United States. If you access the website from another country, your information may be processed and stored in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your location. IIS will use any safeguards required by applicable law for covered international transfers.

    13. Changes to This Policy

    IIS may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in its website, services, vendors, recruiting practices, or legal obligations. The revised Policy will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. IIS will provide additional notice when required by applicable law.
