Ms. Steele is a seasoned Contracts professional with over 25 years of experience in full lifecycle (cradle to grave) contract administration across federal government and commercial sectors. She is skilled in establishing and applying best practices and tools that support effective contract negotiation and ensure compliance with terms and conditions. Her expertise includes project management aspects such as contract closeout, cost and schedule controls, compliance audits, and managing timely contract deliverables.
She has extensive experience with Government-Wide contracts, Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs), and Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts. Ms. Steele is recognized for delivering outstanding customer service and fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
She holds the Certified Federal Contracts Manager (CFCM) certification and is an active member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA).
