Shawna L. Stout

Shawna joined Integrated Intel Solutions in 2008 as the Vice President of Finance bringing extensive financial expertise in the defense contracting industry while managing the Financial, Contracting and HR and Staffing operations of Integrated Intel Solutions (IIS). In a career spanning over 20 years in government contracting, Shawna has grown and managed companies from the start-up phase through to a listing on the NYSE American. Prior to IIS, Shawna served as a Managing Partner at The Shawmark Group with primary responsibility for sourcing, structuring, and completing acquisitions in the government contracting space. Shawna was instrumental in the acquisition and restructuring of Hadron, Inc., as well as the follow-on acquisition of Analex Corporation. From 2000 – 2003 Shawna served on the Board of Directors of Analex Corporation. During her tenure at DPC Technologies from 1997 - 1999 as the Director of Finance, Shawna managed the sale of DPC to Northrop Grumman Corporation. She has also worked on Wall Street for the Union Bank of Switzerland in Foreign Exchange. Shawna received her Master of Business Administration from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business with concentrations in Finance and Accounting and holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a concentration in Finance from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
